Who We Serve

DealCharts publishes deal, fund, and counterparty data extracted from SEC filings as a page per role — issuers, servicers, trustees, ratings agencies, funds, researchers, and vendors each have a live surface to start from.

DealCharts.org is CMD+RVL's free, public projection of structured-finance data — CMBS and Auto ABS deals, fund holdings, BDC portfolios, and the counterparties on each one — extracted from SEC EDGAR filings and published as readable pages plus machine-readable JSON. No login, no submission process: if the underlying filing exists, the page already does too. Coverage runs to 1,231 deals, 14,723 funds, and 41 BDCs

as of Jul 2026
, everything is licensed CC-BY 4.0, and every figure links back to the SEC filing it came from. What the site has for you depends on your role — start below.

Issuers

Every deal on your shelf already has a page, linked to its SEC filings and full party list — start from your shelf, e.g. BMARK or BANK.

Servicers

Every CMBS special servicer has a dedicated page — deal counts, workout totals, and commentary pulled from 10-D filings.

Trustees

See the Trustee and Certificate Administrator named on a deal's own party list, sourced from that deal's SEC filings.

Ratings agencies

See which agencies rated a deal — Moody's, Fitch, KBRA, S&P, and more — straight from the deal's own SEC filing.

Funds

Your fund's ABS and CMBS holdings from N-PORT filings, each CUSIP linked to the deal it belongs to and stamped with its reporting period.

Researchers

Bulk CSV exports and per-entity facts JSON, every figure traceable to its source filing, CC-BY 4.0 with AI training and retrieval explicitly permitted.

Vendors

Embed a live chart, pull deal and fund facts as JSON, or download bulk datasets — no login, no API key required.
