For Trustees
DealCharts shows the Trustee and Certificate Administrator named on each CMBS deal, sourced from SEC filings, on that deal's own party list — there's no trustee directory yet, so start from the deal.DealCharts shows who's named Trustee and Certificate Administrator on each CMBS deal — pulled from the deal's own SEC filings, not a directory we maintain separately.
DealCharts lists the Trustee and Certificate Administrator named on each CMBS deal, extracted from the deal's SEC EDGAR filings. As of July 2026, 312 deals carry a Trustee party and 689 carry a Certificate Administrator, both shown in the deal page's "Who's Involved" section — for example, the WFCM 2025-5C6 deal page. There is no standalone trustee directory today; start from the deal, not a rollup. Every entry links back to the filing that names it, on sec.gov. Free to read, no login required, licensed CC-BY 4.0.
What DealCharts has for you
Your role, deal by deal
Every CMBS deal page includes a "Who's Involved" section that lists each counterparty by role. Trustee and Certificate Administrator sit alongside the Depositor, Master Servicer, Special Servicer, and Rating Agencies named in the same filing. Two real deals show how differently that reads.
WFCM 2025-5C6 — Computershare Trust Company, N.A. is named both Trustee and Certificate Administrator.
View the deal's party list →JPMBB 2015-C30 — Wilmington Trust, National Association is Trustee. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Computershare Trust Company, N.A. are both listed as Certificate Administrator. Pentalpha Surveillance appears as Senior Trust Advisor.
View the deal's party list →Those two pages draw on the same underlying set: 312 Trustee rows and 689 Certificate Administrator rows across every CMBS deal on the site, plus 53 Trust Advisor and 10 Trust Administrator rows on deals that carry that extra oversight role. The label varies deal to deal — JPMBB 2015-C30 uses "Senior Trust Advisor" rather than "Trust Advisor" — because it's transcribed from that deal's own pooling and servicing agreement, not normalized against a house taxonomy.
Browsing by shelf when you serve across many deals
If you're trustee across a sponsor's whole program rather than a single deal, the shelf page rolls up every deal that sponsor issued, across vintages, on one page. On the BMARK shelf, Computershare Trust Company, N.A. is named Trustee on 24 of the 32 BMARK deals that carry a Trustee row; Wilmington Trust, National Association holds the other eight. Browse the shelf to see all of them at once, rather than opening each deal individually.
Browse the BMARK shelf →The filing behind the attribution
Every Trustee and Certificate Administrator entry traces back to a real filing, not an internal record. Each deal page's "Provenance & Documents" section timestamps and links the underlying SEC filings. Both example deals above have a Monthly Remittance Report

Machine-readable, not just human-readable
The same pairing is also structured data. Each deal page's "Datasets & API" section renders a linked_entities array of role and name pairs built from the same counterparty rows, visible on the WFCM 2025-5C6 deal page. The same fields are published as a static JSON file per deal, for example /llm/facts/wfcm2025-5c6.json, so a script or an AI system can read the role without scraping the page. Everything on the site is licensed CC-BY 4.0, with AI training and retrieval explicitly permitted, and bulk CSV and JSON exports for the whole dataset are at /datasets/.
There's no dedicated trustee directory on DealCharts today — nothing like the special-servicer pages that roll every deal a servicer touches into one profile. Your attribution lives on each deal's own page, or on the shelf page when a sponsor keeps the same trustee across a program. The CMBS counterparty-risk page lists Trustees among the transaction parties DealCharts tracks, but it's a category overview, not a per-trustee filter. If you sit on many deals under different sponsors, checking each shelf is the fastest path today; a single cross-shelf trustee view isn't live yet.
