- Optional submissions such as entity logos, website links, or explanatory text.

- We do not collect financial or personally identifiable transaction data.
- We do not use third-party cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
- We do not sell or rent any user data.
4. Data Retention & Control
- Users may request removal or correction of data they submitted.
- Verification submissions are reviewed and stored securely; provenance records (author + timestamp) are retained for transparency.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in secure AWS and Netlify environments managed by CMD+RVL. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and encrypted in transit.
6. Third-Party Services
We use essential services (e.g., Netlify, AWS, analytics) that comply with modern security and privacy standards. Each provider maintains its own policy.

This policy may be updated periodically. All revisions will be timestamped at the top of the page.
